I just purchased my first Mazda. I went to Ontario Mazda and had a great experience. I made an appointment ahead of time and the salesman had the car I was interested in already for a test drive. The buying process was fairly painless and their first offer for the car plus trade-in was very close to my research number. I countered and they accepted. The pick up process went very smoothly and our salesman spent enough time with us so we had everything setup just right. We are very pleased with Ontario Mazda.

Best service department around! Repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely manner. Service managers are courteous and very helpful explaining repairs. Plus they have a nice, comfortable waiting room.
Excellent sales and service staff. Our sales person, Chris Jay, was patient and worked with us given the current Covid situation and NY DVM. The service department, John and Tyler, are always on task accommodating when making appointments. Including leases, we have gotten four vehicles over the past ten years from Ontario Mazda. Chris found me a car within my budget, and did everything he could to keep costs down. Being a first time car buyer, he was willing to explain everything so I could understand. He was not pushy at all. He really seemed to genuinely care about getting me something that suited me, even if it wasn't a Mazda. I purchased 2016.5 Mazda Touring (with Bose upgrade) CX5 and traded in a Honda Accord. I feel satisfied with the price and buying process for my new Mazda. Expect prompt service, attention to detail and friendly staff. I normally dread shopping for cars but this dealer made the whole experience quite OK. I used the Consumer Reports / TrueCar process, and this dealer called me quickly (but not too quickly), and expressed a desire to do business. I had already started working with another dealer, but I switched my buying process to Ontario because I sensed a greater sense of integrity. Jill was awesome. She came out to help me within minutes of me showing up to the lot. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. We looked at a CX5 and a CX3 and I was able to test drive both. In the end, the CX5 was the right pick for me. The buying process was painless and quick, and a week later, I still could not be happier.

We drove from Rochester to Canandaigua to shop at Ontario Mazda due to their inventory of CX-5s. Joe greeted us, got us set up for a test drive, and went over the vehicle's features with us. Mary Monroe came over from the Honda dealership to assist us further. She was a pleasure to deal with, and made the entire experience quick and painless. We dealt with Mary, Joe, Chris and Stefanie throughout the buying and delivery process. They were all polite, professional and extremely friendly. We would definitely return here to buy another vehicle.

Chris And Joe were excellent in explaining things, answering all my questions, Didn't feel pressured to buy at the time that I was just looking.. Did Buy!!! Has even called back after a week and checked to see how I was LOVING my new Mazda 6 2016...( my White Knight ) as I have given her a name. The only Disappointment to buying my new car is that it had been used somewhat so they should have consider lowering the price a little bit, but I did get two shirts.. I traded my 2008 CX9 SUV for a 2015 CX9 SUV. My '08 was very reliable and reliability is very important to me (I’m an engineer). I purchased a ’15 Mazda-6 a few months ago from Ontario Mazda and was delighted with the trade-in value for my used car and discounts off the sticker price. Once again, I am delighted with this transaction. Ontario Mazda’s appraisal value for my ’08 exceeded the blue book value I calculated on-line and I also got an additional $5,000 off sticker. I traded my '04 Saab (original owner) with 95k for a 2015 Mazda 6. My Saab needed $2k in repairs but somehow I still got $5k in a trade. Service Manager David Bullock goes the extra mile to help out the customer. He cares about the customer's concerns and helps them out in any way he can. I bought my new 2014 Mazda 6 in July of 2013 at Ontario. The process was SO simple. As a single female it can be daunting to try and haggle with car salesmen but this was a great experience. I came in ,told them what I wanted and then I test drove 3 different cars. I walked out with my new car purchased within the hour. When I tell people what I am paying they think I am lying because it is so cheap. I will definitely be a customer for life!!
